Everything is God’s, all that we are and all that we have are his. Our time, our money, our particular gifts and talents that we have been given, ultimately aren’t ours – we’re just stewards of them. 

As Christians, we believe we are the recipients of incredible, undeserved generosity from God. He hasn’t treated us as our sins deserve Psalm 103:10 – but has poured out his mercy and kindness to us – and continues to do so every day.

One of the ways we respond to God’s generosity is to give our money cheerfully and sacrificially to honour God and make Him known. Part of our family responsibility is to use the resources he entrusts to us for his purposes and His glory.
